Use Glowstone Dust as Glow Ink Sacs

With this Fabric mod, you no longer need to use Glow Ink Sacs to glow up your world. I made this mod because I feel like the Glow Ink Sacs were added only due to the mob vote even tho they have no utility that couldn't be done by Glowstone dust.
