Release 8.0.3 for MC 1.20.1

Changes:

- Added Flint and Emerald tools to their corresponding vanilla tags

- Grid Repair tool blacklist and Tool Uselessifier tool whitelist can now accept mod wildcards (ex. pickletweaks:*)

- Grid Repair tool blacklist, Tool Info Tooltip blacklist and Tool Uselessifier whitelist can now accept tags (ex. tag:minecraft:tools)

- Grid Repair overrides can now accept tags for the tool argument (ex. tag:minecraft:pickaxes)

- Fixed Flint and Emerald Chestplates being in the wrong armor tag
