🐛 Bug Fixes

• Added text background to make whistle command menu more readable
• Fixed summoning dragon on a dedicated server, fixes #29 , closes #29
• Made command menu key be unset by default and right click whistle opens it.
• Made command menu keybind use first whistle found in inventory rather than just held
• Prevent hatched dragons from despawning, this might need tweaking in the future
