Changelog
- Added seed compatibility. (So all seeds have the same exact generation)
- Fixed a typo preventing the Wooded Mesa biome from having the proper tags.
- Fixed badlands and mesas having incorrect surface rules causing lots of stone to be scattered on the cliffs sometimes.
